Service Description. This Site describes Portable Restroom Rental, Construction Site Sanitation, Restroom Trailer Rental, Event Porta Potty Rental, Handwash Station Rental provided by Nature Calls Portable Sanitation. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://portapottyrentalalbion.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nature Calls Portable Sanitation or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Nature Calls Portable Sanitation may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Warranty Disclaimer. Nature Calls Portable Sanitation makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Nature Calls Portable Sanitation arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Nature Calls Portable Sanitation from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of ID, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in ID.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
